One Month (Jakarta Edition)



If you had a month off from work....what would you do....?
  1. Hmm...Njajal semua koridor busway yang belum pernah dicoba
  2. Njajal semua jalur KRL Jabodetabek...dan jalan2 dalam radius 1 km dari stasiun akhir
  3. Jalan kaki kliling lingkungan perumahan (both delman dan kalibata) dengan radius 3 km
  4. Tanya2in pengurusan e-KTP
  5. Nge-print buku tabungan
  6. Coba main ke toko-nya ANTAM di pulogadung
  7. Jalan2 naik mobil ke daerah Cinere...Serpong...Alam Sutera
  8. Olahraga tiap hari....masing2 selama sejam
  9. Nonton pilem tiap hari....sehari 1 ajah :D
  10. Nyoba CFD tiap ahad...sampe sikil gempor :p
  11. Dolan ning museum2....akeh dadakno ning DKI iki
  12. Ndekor apaato kalibata
  13. Dolan ning dulur2 di Bogor dan sekitarnya
  14. Nyoba cafe2 di Jakarta yang lom pernah didatangi

Plu...Flu...Vlu



That’s how you say flu the Sundanese way :D (coz F, P and V are interchangeable there). Its the change of the rain to dry season here, and if your caught off guard (regardless of the season)....you’ll probably end up with a common cold a.K.a flu.

Flu itself to me is such an obnoxious sickness. Lets your stamina down...but really down enough often to let you stay at bed. Even you can go about and do something...the sensation isn’t pleasant to your body....letting you feel tired and sleepy.

There’s a saying the average human catches a flu from 3-4 times a year. Without a known medicine for it....the only best thing to do is to keep yourself healthy before it strikes you and when it really does strike....better of take a rest.

For me personally....flu is quite the pandemic. Over the past year...I reckon I’ve been hit like 5 times already, 3 of them forcing me to take an uncertified  sick leave. I think this is a personal record as. I obviously think it ain’t got nothing to do with my married status. But looking deeper...I think it goes back to my lifestyle lately.

To be frank....I have to admit not committing myself properly to a set routine of physical exercise. Added with a lack of guard on the food side....it’ll be a matter of time till I’l be hit.
Therefore....please stay healthy :)
